I need to stop trying to live up to impossible standards and reverse my own fears that I will never be good enough.
3, What do I consent to?

I consent to accept my own psychic and empathetic abilities, and will work towards improving them.
4, How do things change, if I do?
Four of Airships
I will allow myself a period of rest and respite, consolidate my energies and return to work.
Conclusion:
I am good enough, I just need to believe in my abilities more, and spend more time resting and less time stressing.
